1. Rental & Return Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all riders, we adhere to a strict timing and usage policy:
- Punctuality: Vehicles must be returned at the specified Date and Time. A delay of more than 15 minutes without notifying customer care will result in a penalty of Rs. 100/hr plus standard hourly charges.
- Authorized Riders: Customers may not lend the vehicle to others without prior permission from JoJo Travel. Additional riders must have their documents verified; failure to do so attracts a Rs. 1,000 penalty.
- Prohibited Use: Rented vehicles must not be used for rallies, racing, stunts, goods transportation, or towing other vehicles.
2. Equipment & Damage
- Helmets: Minor damage to a helmet incurs a Rs. 200 fee. Major damage or loss of a helmet results in a Rs. 800 fine.
- Vehicle Care: Users are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period and must report any mechanical issues immediately.
3. Safety & GPS Monitoring
For the safety of all JoJo Bikes riders, vehicle speeds are tracked and monitored remotely via GPS.
- Speed Limits: For 100-149 CC bikes, the limit is 70 KMPH.
- Violations: Every over-speeding alert will result in a fine of Rs. 100 per alert.
4. Information We Collect
We collect data necessary to facilitate your rental, including:
- Identity Verification: Aadhaar card, Driver’s License, and contact details.
- Usage Data: Real-time GPS location, speed, and trip duration.
- Payment Details: Billing information and transaction history.
5. How We Use Your Information
- To manage bookings and verify rider eligibility.
- To monitor vehicle health and ensure rider safety via GPS.
- To process penalties, fines, and rental invoices.
- To communicate trip updates and support messages.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption and secure servers to protect your personal and location data. While we monitor vehicle telemetry for safety, your personal identifiers are kept confidential and are never sold to third parties.

7. Third-Party Services
We may share data with trusted partners for payment processing, GPS tracking software, and insurance claims. These providers are strictly bound by data protection obligations.
8. Your Rights & Policy Updates
You may request access to your rental history or update your profile information through our support channels. This policy may be updated periodically; continued use of JoJo Travel services indicates acceptance of these terms.
